Book Our Exclusive Yoga Course

This course bridges the gap between traditional yoga practice and modern anatomical science. You will gain a thorough understanding of how warm-ups prepare synovial joints, how muscles contract and relax during asanas, and how pranayama directly influences the autonomic nervous system.

Drawing from Dr. Rithika's clinical expertise, the curriculum covers essential movement types — flexion, extension, lateral flexion, abduction, adduction — and maps them to real yoga poses such as Trikonasana, Bhujangasana, Anjaneyasana, and more.

You will also explore the profound connection between Pranayama, the Vagus nerve, cortisol regulation, and mental wellbeing — giving you tools to teach yoga that heals both body and mind.
