Bodhi School of Yoga is one big happy community. Like any community, having a common set of guidelines that we all follow helps inculcate best practices, ensure a tranquil atmosphere with minimal distractions for each student. If you’re new to yoga or need a refresher, take a moment to familiarize yourself with some common yoga etiquette and our class guidelines
Trainers are required to be present at the studio 15 minutes before the session.
Maintain the studio ambience with dhoop, peaceful music as soon as the studio opens.
Maintain the surroundings clean and hygienic- floor, washrooms, mats, etc
Trainers should bring their own portable speakers.
As soon as you enter into the studio, please keep your mobile phones on silent/ switch them off.
Always good to put some Chandan/ Vibhuthi on your forehead.
Acceptable attire includes Kurta & Pyjama or a Bodhi T-shirt.
Yoga is a sacred path; trainers are expected not to be seen at pubs, bars, casinos, or any inappropriate places.
Ensure that you make the students fill the consent form as soon as they join.
Make sure to take the attendance from the students without fail.
