🌙 Yin Yoga
Slow, deep poses that work on joints, fascia, connective tissues and meridians, improving mobility and relaxation.
🔥 Yang Yoga
Dynamic yoga flows that build muscle strength, stability and endurance using power yoga, vinyasa, resistance bands, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.
