These classes combine Yin Yoga and Yang Yoga to create a complete and balanced practice.


🌙 Yin Yoga

Slow, deep poses that work on joints, fascia, connective tissues and meridians, improving mobility and relaxation.

Dynamic yoga flows that build muscle strength, stability and endurance using power yoga, vinyasa, resistance bands, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.
