Our prenatal yoga classes are specifically designed for mothers in their 4th to 9th month of pregnancy. Our classes are open to expectant mothers in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. However, it is important to obtain approval from your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program during pregnancy. Your doctor's approval ensures that you can safely participate in our prenatal yoga classes.
